When will I be charged?
The first charge happens immediately upon subscribing. After that, it recurs automatically on the same day each month (or year).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period – you keep full access until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards via Stripe. We do not store card data – Stripe handles it.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, every payment automatically generates an e-invoice sent to your billing details, issued through Számlázz.hu and emailed to you.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrading takes effect immediately; downgrading at the end of the cycle. Stripe handles proration automatically.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
The system stops further AI calls until the cycle renews. It resets automatically at the start of the next month. If you need it sooner, just reach out.
Which AI assistants can I connect?
Claude Desktop, ChatGPT (GPT Actions), Gemini, Cursor, or your own custom tool. If yours isn't on the list, it will likely work anyway – or let us know and we'll add it.
Are my credentials safe?
Yes. Credentials are stored encrypted and never leave the AimiGate system. Your AI can only access what you explicitly allow – nothing more.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. AimiGate is designed so anyone can set it up – register, add a system, connect your AI, done. If you get stuck, the built-in guide walks you through every step.
